PURCHASES

Aaron Group Beauty sells its professional salon and barber shop products directly at the store level and online. All purchases require a valid state beauty license for the Salon or Barber Shop. Any order not accompanied with a valid beauty license will not be processed. Professional salon products are sold to licensed cosmetologists within designated territories only. You may provide a copy of your license to one of our sales consultants in person or you can fax or e-mail a copy to our office. > Order Today.

ALL ACCOUNTS must meet the opening order requirements set by Aaron Group Beauty. Once met your salon or shop may re-order in any quantity desired. Your purchase frequency and quantity entitles you to special savings once certain monthly and annual store goals have been meet.

Payments for orders are only accepted by a validated major credit card or via paypal. No order will be shipped until the order has been paid in full. Specifically:

Accepted Currencies::Aaron Group Beauty is only able to accept purchases in the United States Dollar ($). Online purchases with Aaron Group Beauty are by using a major credit card. Generally, AG BEAUTY accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, the Discover Card and Paypal. Should you reside outside the United States or where the United States Dollar is not the accepted standard currency, your credit card company will typically charge both the item purchase price plus a foreign exchange fee(s). Such exchange fees are the obligation of the collector as are any applicable duties, fees and other expenses associated with non-US purchases. top^

SHIPPING

Aaron Group Beauty ships using the most economical delivery method available to you and dependent on when you need your order. Shipping is by FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are not a profit center for Aaron Group Beauty and you may pay for the charges using your own shipping account number or Aaron Group Beauty will include the charges with your order.

FedEx Ground is available to the entire New York and New Jersey metropolitan area on a next day basis Tuesday through Friday. After your initial order, there is no minimum purchase required for orders and you are only charged the shipping and V.O.D. fees assigned by FedEx Ground. Nothing More. C.O.D. is not a payment option. Orders received before 2:00 P.M. est. are processed and shipped within 24 hours if not the same day.

If you are needing an order shipped and delivered within a 24 hour period, please contact your representative directly. A special request premium is applied to rush orders (currently $50). Rush orders are shipped and delivered within a 24 hour period. Premier Accounts do not have a special delivery fee. back to top ^

RETURNS:

Sometimes in business a return of the merchandise and an appropriate credit is required. Aaron Group Beauty handles each situation with the following guidelines:

  1. Aaron Group Beauty will accept all product back within the first 5 days after receipt. Shipping costs to return the product will be paid by Aaron Group Beauty only when the client had paid the initial "outbound" shipping. The product(s) needs to be returned in the "pristine" or "as new" condition that the client originally received the product(s) and as Aaron Group Beauty originally shipped the product (s) to the salon or shop.
  2. After the above mentioned grace period has expired, a return is not allowed.
  3. Refunds of Money: Aaroun Group Beauty will refund the amount of funds paid for a returned product upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Once received and approved for refund, Aaroun Group Beauty will refund the collector typically by check. For more details please contact your consultant at 303.331.8522.
